Emulsified wax is an important additive for coating materials, widely used in industries and fields such as papermaking, leather, wood, agriculture, explosives, medicine, ceramics, cosmetics, and automotive protection. Stability of emulsified wax performance

Emulsified wax is a kind of water lotion made from natural wax and synthetic wax. Acid resistance, alkali resistance, hard water resistance, strong water solubility, stable lotion, no layering, demulsification, caking, long shelf life, high solid content, and good dispersibility when diluted with any proportion of water. Emulsified wax stability: Emulsified with a special neutral non-ionic emulsifier to avoid the disadvantages of unstable alkaline saponification and easy delamination in the past. Sealed and stored in a cool place for two years without delamination, emulsion breaking, or clumping.

Application scope of emulsified wax

1. Emulsified wax, as a leather coating agent, is used in the leather industry to improve and enhance the effectiveness of fatliquoring agents, increase the waterproof performance of leather, and make the leather feel smooth, soft, and full. At the same time, it is used as an additive in leather coating to improve coating feel, wear resistance, anti sticking, and increase gloss. It can be applied to the coating of various types of leather, with a soft and natural luster, a full and moisturizing feel, and can improve the friction resistance of the leather surface after coating.

2. Emulsified wax is a specialized waterproof and hydrophobic agent used in the paper industry to produce high-end printing paper.

3. Emulsified wax used in the light industry and rubber industry can improve the anti adhesion of molds and facilitate glove demolding.

4. Emulsified wax is used in the textile industry for excellent softness, smoothness, and glossiness.

5. Emulsified wax is used as a release agent in various fields such as rubber or plastic product release, PU release, metal release, etc.

6. Emulsified wax used in water-based coatings and water-based ink industry can improve the scratch resistance, surface hydrophobicity, and anti adhesion and anti fouling properties of the coating, making the coating smoother.
